Integrative Medical and Women's Health

What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine is the combination or ‘integration" of the best of conventional medical practice with the best of complementary and alternative medical practices. It combines both natural and conventional therapies to help you to achieve the best possible health and vitality.

Women's Health Consultations

Consultations include a review and assessment of "Lifestyle" parameters, including: nutrition, attitude, self-esteem, body image, rest, exercise and 'my time' in the context of a woman's personal "health goals". A brief medical history is taken, which includes: recent laboratory data, any existing health problems, current medications and supplement usage.

A treatment plan is then formulated to optimize health and vitality, and to minimize current health issues and concerns. It is strongly recommended that Treatment Plans be discussed with your primary care physician, prior to implementation, so that everyone on your "Healthcare Team" is in agreement.
