Telemedicine consultations are available to patients who live outside the Honolulu, Hawaii area. These consultations are done by phone.

Consultations are available for any of the topics listed in the Integrative Medicine and Women's Health page.

Prior to the consultation, consent forms and pertinent clinical data need to be FAXed to the Wellness Institute (808 942-0280). This often requires you to sign a HIPAA Release of Information form so that your personal physician can FAX your clinical data to the Wellness Institute.

This service is consultative only, any recommendations for prescriptions will need to be discussed with, and written by, your personal care physician. We will be more than happy to contact your personal care physician to discuss our recommendations.
